Hello! This is my story.

Leadership Coach & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practitioner I have spent my career coaching leaders to be more effective in their roles. While serving 21 years as an Army officer, I held key leadership positions and led international teams on deployments around the world. I have served on the executive teams of 4 startup tech companies, working with them through fast-paced growth, strategy development, international expansion, mergers/acquisitions, and cultural integration. I coach leaders individually to help them address their blindspots and lead authentically, and I guide teams to clarify their shared vision and how best they can add value to their stakeholders. My work to do in this life lies at the center of an organization’s people, brand and culture.

I have a passion for building and promoting equitable company cultures that thrive. I’ve developed holistic diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies and created tailored workshops that help organizations address systemic issues and remove barriers for underrepresented groups. As a queer woman with a trans partner, I look to center and uplift queer, BIPOC and other marginalized voices wherever I can.
