Hello! This is my story.

Dr. Equisha Glenn is a civil engineer who helps cities develop climate change mitigation strategies using remote
sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and advanced data analysis. She is a subject matter expert with 10+ years of experience in research centered on climate hazards such as flooding, extreme heat, and sea-surface
temperatures. Her work has led to multiple publications and collaborations with agencies such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Dr. Glenn holds her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Water Resources) and aims to bridge the gaps between urban planning, climate change, and policy to help build a more resilient and sustainable future for cities and society.
