“Everyone has something to give and every act of generosity counts”

In a world often clouded by crises and endless scrolling through daunting news, we believe in the power of positive change. Amidst challenges, we have the opportunity to showcase our collective ability to care for one another and create a ripple effect of hope. As we gear up for this special day of generosity, let’s explore how, together, we can drive positive change through the Oakland Natives Give Back Programs.

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

We invite you to support our programs by making a donation. Every contribution fuels the change we’re striving to create in Oakland. Your generosity empowers students, uplifts families, and brings us one step closer to a brighter future.

No amount is too small; every contribution counts.

The Attendance Learning Institute (ALI) is a multi-sector collaborative and cooperative model that encourages the examination of policies and promotes the sharing of data driven, culturally responsive practices to combat chronic absenteeism.

The Girls Equity Movement’s mission is to ignite transformative change by empowering young women with the essential networking, training, and leadership abilities required to make a lasting impact on the world.
