Bio

America Elizondo is a sophomore in high school. She is Mexican American and both of her parents were born in Mexico.
America is a leader in her community and loves helping people. She is a very intelligent and determined young woman. She has kept a 4.0 GPA throughout middle school and her freshman year of high school.
During her free time she loves to hang out with friends and meet new people. She is a very outgoing person and definitely an extrovert.
She is a part of Key Club where she uses her free time to volunteer and help the environment.

America loves working with kids and pets because she thinks it’s really fun and it brings her joy. She recently started a baby and pet sitting business called Paws, Kids, and Claws with her friend. She wants to study business and this was a great opportunity to start learning about the entrepreneurial world.
This school year she wants to create a Hispanic Club at her school since she realized there wasn’t one. This would be a place for Hispanic teens to come together, speak Spanish, and explore different cultures in Latin countries.
