About this course
Kidist Assefa is a sophomore in high school. She migrated with her mom from Ethiopia to the United States of America at the age of 10 and has been adjusting to her new life. She taught herself the English language by watching shows in English and reading books. While learning English she guided herself through her academic studies within the U.S.A.
Kidist is a resilient leader and has a bright future planned for herself as a lawyer. She enjoys helping people and seeing how the law works in the world.
She cherishes the time she has with her family and enjoys cooking Ethiopian food with her mom.
Our course begins with the first step for generating great user experiences: understanding what people do, think, say, and feel. In this module, you’ll learn how to keep an open mind while learning.
