Hello! This is my story.

My name is Charleszetta Baldwin, known as Charlie On The Spot and I have had the privilege of working in the fashion industry for several years. I am extremely passionate about fashion and have dedicated my career to it. I pursued formal education in fashion design, earning a certificate and gaining valuable experience in apparel.

Previously, I worked in the e-commerce industry for Walmart Photo Studio and Stitch Fix and I had the opportunity to contribute to various marketing campaigns, including one with Fitbit for a national mothers’ campaign. In the spring of 2021, I launched my own online Clothing Boutique, which has been a fulfilling endeavor. Prior to that, I started an inspirational T-shirt line and have been fortunate to work with a diverse range of clients, including executives, professionals, and everyday women who, like me, want to elevate their style or embrace a change.

Additionally, I have had the pleasure of styling realtors and have successfully sold outfits to three men. Alongside my professional journey, I am actively involved in mentoring young girls and women, which I find incredibly rewarding. I am also working on a nonprofit initiative, which is close to my heart.
